Project Management Toolkit

We have adopted project management methodology as a means to achieve better healthcare results on time, on budget and with the highest quality. The adoption of good practices, tools, templates and resources will assist Health Service Providers to develop single source documents, internal and cross-sectoral planning, implementation and monitoring of project deliverables.

Project management involves careful consideration to objectives, timelines, cost, quality, risks, assumptions, constraints, roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders and participants.  The five process groups for overseeing a successful project are:  initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.  For more information on these processes please visit the Project Management Institute.
